HIZAKI

Hizaki is a Japanese Visual Kei musician, songwriter, band leader, composer and record producer. He is best known as guitarist of the symphonic power metal band Versailles (reborn in 2016). He is a founding member of Jupiter, and also has a long and luxuriant solo career.

Renowned as a skilled guitarist, along with the appearance of pursuing “beauty”, his popularity is extensive in North America, Europe and Japan. He has also taken his vibrant performance around the world. His previous album “Rosario” has recorded incredible sales, exceptional especially because its an instrumental CD. It was highly anticipated not only by the Metal world, but also in various musical fields. Currently, while working simultaneously on 2 bands and his solo project, he has expanded his activities by producing for other artists.

The focus of Hizaki’s solo work is guitar instrumentals, creating the main melody with the guitar. He said the idea is to replace the vocalist with a guitar. Rather than technical skill, he thinks his ability to create melodies is where he excels. Hizaki said his approach to guitar solos in a band is different than other guitarists; instead of trying to match the flow of the song and insert a solo, he tries to “bring the song into another dimension.” Instead of playing “on top of the hook,” Hizaki creates a song within a song.

Hizaki will be appearing in a concert showcase 7:00 PM on Saturday August 21, 2021 at Otakuthon: At Home Edition. A Q&A session will follow. This performance is organized in association with J-rock North Promotions Inc. and LIVEEXSAM Inc.

Hi J-rock fans!

It’s been a long while since we last posted. A lot has changed for us, and I am sure for most of you as well.

2020 has been… Well it’s… been.
Due to COVID-19 a lot has been cancelled. For an event company its been tough. But anyone who knows us will know that we don’t give in.

We will not be hosting any LIVE events this year. Nor are we organizing any LIVE convention events. For obvious reasons they are cancelled.

For now we are trying to get a grasp on what to do in the future. The image attached to this post says it all.

We are working with Otakuthon on their at home edition, which was recently announced. You can find out more about it here:

Hi J-rock fans!

As COVID-19 virus continues to impact our communities, events, and our associates, we wanted to personally reach out to connect with you directly.

This year we had our JMFest event planned for later this summer. We even organized 2 Japanese artists for the event and were extremely excited about it. JMFest was set to be announced on March 18th 2020. Due to the outbreak we will be postponing JMFest until further notice. The artist that we booked for the event have been informed.

Our biggest reason for postponing it is COVID-19 and the uncertainty surrounding future events this year. As a concert is a gathering of hundreds of people we thought it would be prudent.

In terms of bookings with our affiliates we will be updating you later on once we have further news about event status.

In the meantime while we practice our social distancing, and staycation skills, we will continue to post and respond to comments. Feel free to message us and connect via Facebook, instagram and Twitter.

Thank you again for being part of our community!

Thank you all and please stay safe,
